Do You Mind?

Do you mind ?
Anxiety, depression, personality, behaviour and other mental health concerns.
You know we are all born with a little bit of them and we are all susceptible to them.
At some point in our lives, some of us get hit really hard by these issues. It catches some of us early in life and some later.
Health care professionals are equally exposed to mental health issues. In a way, it’s fair to say there is no absolute escape.
What matter is how we respond to these things and how we find the balance.
Simply put, your mind feels like a baby, so what you would you if a baby needs help?

Understanding
All of a sudden your mind has gone back to being a baby, so hug your baby mind, tell the baby mind that it will be alright and it’s ok. You know as an adult things take time but a baby does not.
So, remove the time pressure for your mind – it does not have to be good right now and here, it just has to try.
If you are getting treatment for any mental health condition then you will continue using them and attend all GP or specialist appointment as they are arranged.
In the meantime, we will help you work towards a balance . So your response can be balanced. In your own time, you will find your own unique balance.
