PersonalChemist checks suitability, interactions, warnings and side effects.
Buy or seek help
If suitable and available OTC, users can buy. If prescription-only or unsuitable, they are guided to a doctor.
Shop normally
Users can also browse categorised health, beauty and wellness products through the shop.
Use free tools
BMI, interactions, side effects, pregnancy tools and other health checkers are available freely.
Learn deeper
Users can read long-form guides and watch videos about medicines, conditions and health improvement.
Pharmacist review
Orders are sent to our registered pharmacy, checked by a pharmacist, and then shipped to the user.
Even OTC medicines may require pharmacist oversight. Our pharmacists may contact the user before release where appropriate.

What does PersonalChemist not provide?
- No emergency medical services.

- No prescription generation or prescribing.
Medicine suitability
- All guidance is based on the information users provide.
- PersonalChemist may advise users to contact a doctor or pharmacist instead of purchasing.
- Suitability guidance does not guarantee absence of side effects or reactions.
Pharmacist oversight
- Orders are reviewed by a registered pharmacy before dispatch.
- A pharmacist may contact users before release of medicines.
- Orders may be refused, delayed or cancelled for safety reasons.
- Even OTC medicines may require pharmacist review.
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched from our pharmacy partner in Essex.
- Delivery is usually next day or later depending on timing and availability.
- Delays may occur during pharmacist review or operational issues.

Your address is used to deliver your order and manage delivery-related support.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV or expiry date on our website.
