I have decided to help save £300 million for NHS.
I would like to receive NHS eRD prescriptions instead of regular prescriptions.
Please issue eRD Prescriptions for as many medicines as possible, until my next review.
Where possible, please make it monthly prescriptions and send them to my preferred chemist.

When I reach my last eRD I will approach you to book a review which will also be a great help to you
