Over the years we have realised there are many ways to increase mobility and strength for everyone.
Muscle issues that can make it hard to move and create long term issues should be nipped in the bud and dedicated exercises help to increase muscle relaxation and allow you to perform daily tasks relatively easier way.
So we have come up with a plan you can use at work and at home equally.
Post-injury or incident mobility can also be helped with dedicated exercises.
Every individual, their situation and condition is unique in this sense – probably more so than others.
While regular anti-inflammatory and painkillers will help you will need more personalised exercise routine which you can find in our Fitness Section and you will be able to request more personalised solution
Please do not stop your pain killers or medicine if you start any exercises. You will be able to reduce them after a while and our trainer will help you.
If your job, long commute or anything making you more tired as a consequence of sitting down the whole day, you will know it.
You will release that your strength is not what it used to be. You cannot blame yourself for how modern society has evolved with technology around us – but – you can do just a few small 5 minute exercises every day.
