The usual cause of high temperature in a baby include vaccination or infections like chickenpox.
There is a definite list of what you should and should not be doing if you find your baby or child to have fever.

Understanding
38 C or more temperature would be high or fever.
Usual normal temperature is around 36.4C as it can be different for every baby and child.
Use a digital thermometer and do not assume.
