Anxiety
Anxiety
One thing we can tell you about Anxiety that we all are anxious to varying degree about different issues.
So, you should definitely ask for help, because we all are here to help each other.
Anxiety takes many forms but if we can give you an example, essentially anxiety is your natural alarm system – but if you are anxious about certain things just check if your alarm system is on the right settings.
You would not want your alarm clock to be disturbing you during day time. Equally it should ring in the morning to wake you up.
Understanding
Anxiety can sadly become a spiral so let’s start with creating another spiral then slowly you can unwind and straighten the wires.
Do not rush yourself, give yourself due time for everything. See how a baby takes time to learn to sit up, then many stumbles before walk but then the running comes pretty easily almost naturally.
Care for yourself like you would care for a baby, slowly step by step. Stretch the time frame for all your jobs to maximum.

Take Action
Please do not self-diagnose yourself with any mental health condition but if you have noticed something or a close friend or family has asked about your mood or behaviour then by all means seek professional clinical help.
Your GP can help, try CBT its hugely undervalued. Have a dedicated 1:1 with your close family members.
We can help and explain how anxiety medicines help you with symptoms and perhaps guide you to a therapist if need be.
Medicines alone will not give you complete solution.
