Angry all the time ?
It can happen very suddenly in our lives, not knowingly we can become angry over time.
Regular anger will also worry you, specially if you were never the angry type. If someone has mentioned it then please do not ignore those calls.

Understanding
There are no medicine to directly counter anger, you could ask your GP for a blood test to check your bodily function including iron and vitamin levels. Ask your GP to see if an underlying unidentified issue is affecting your behaviour.
The easiest thing you can do is to not respond to every situation. Where you must react or respond – you should always count to 10 or sing your favourite song in your head.
You can slow down, you do not have to do everything at once, that’s way better than unwillingly hurting other people’s feelings.

Take Action
Please involve a friend or partner, please be open with someone you already trust and do see it as a problem.
Anger also ruins your mood, no body can be jolly cheerful all the time but with focus and help you could get to “neutral ground” where if you are not completely happy – you could equally not be affected by everything.
